To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit is taken as soon as the booking is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation, you MAY be able to put the deposit on hold to be used towards a different event you might be planning to avoid loss of deposit. This will be at the discretion of the general manager, and will depend on the amount of time remaining before the event is to take place. 

The balance of the event MUST be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event. If the balance is not paid in a timely manner, the non-refundable deposit will be lost, and your event will be cancelled. In the event that we are unable to fulfil the agreed upon event, a full refund will be issued.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS

All bookings for Jersey Party Bus and Private hire will be subject to a £150 damage deposit, which must be paid at the time of booking. 

Any damage deposits paid will be processed after the event, 2 - 3 days after we have received your bank details, provided the terms of the hire have be followed and no damage to the coaches has occurred.

Failure to provide your details within 3 months of the event taking place will result in the loss of your damage deposit.
