Is it necessary to book or can we just turn up on the day?
It is possible to buy tickets on the day, either from your hotel, our kiosks in Liberation square and Albert Pier or our main shop situated opposite the bus station on the day on which you would like to do the tour. However, during the summer we do get booked up rather quickly so we recommend purchasing the tickets at least a day before from either of these locations or through our website: www.jerseybustours.com
I have an infant in a buggy, what is access like on the buses?
Unfortunately, is it impossible for us to have the buggys on the bus. If you would like to bring the buggy with you, we can fold it up and place it in the hold of the bus. Alternatively, you can leave it in the left luggage section of our main office, opposite the bus station.
I have forgotten an item on the bus. What do I do?
All lost or forgotten items are brought to our main office at the end of every day. Please call us on 01534 863624 or send an email to email@example.com, providing us with a contact number, name, description of the item and the vehicule/tour that you were on.
I have missed my tour, how can I reschedule? Is it possible to get my money back?

Is it possible to reserve seats?
We do not reserve specific seats for our customers, however if you have any problems with walking/mobility we will do our best to accommodate to your needs. The best thing to do is ask at one of our information points and hopefully we will be able to arrange seating which is the best for you.
What are the different payment methods we can use when purchasing a tour?
Whether you are booking from our main office or one of our kiosks, it is possible to pay by either cash or card. Payment in euros is also possible.
I am waiting for a hotel pick up and my driver hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
Our drivers have many different hotels to pick up from and the hotel pick ups happen between 9:30 and 10. It is possible that the driver may be slightly delayed by traffic , however if you are truly concerned please inform a member of staff at the hotel who will get in contact with us immediately.
I am in a wheelchair. What is access like on the coaches?
Unfortunately, our buses and coaches can only take passengers in foldable wheelchairs who are able to get out of their wheelchair and onto the bus. We do not have direct wheelchair access on any of our vehicles.
